Automating My house with Motorized Blinds
Ohh how lazy the world is getting but in a good way! As I am
getting older in my age I feel like doing less and less... My goal is to
automate my entire house so I never have to do more work than I have to. This includes
house cleaning, transportation, even my blinds, I never want to work harder
than I have to!
Step one Clean my house
I have lived my whole life sweeping and vacuuming my house
every other week, what a waste of my time... To save my time and to keep my
house neat and tidy I invested into buying myself an automated vacuumed, This
little robotic motorized beast crawls around my house looking for dirty messes
to suck up. He has quickly become one of my greatest friends and has scratched
one house chore off my list. But there are many more things that I just don't
want to do.
Step two making it easier to get up and down stairs.
At my age getting up and down the stairs is a nuisance, it
is extra exercise that I really don't need. So one late night when watching TV
i ordered myself one of those motorized wall mounted chairs that take you up
and down the stairs. I increased the speed by adding a faster motor but other
than that it is fully stock and works perfect. I wake up in the morning and sit
in my motorized chair while it takes me down the stairs to my breakfast... Now
only if I had something to automatically make and serve my breakfast, Darn!
Step three, my favorite addition of them all
Do you ever find yourself putting up with a glare on your
television? It is awfully distracting when you are trying to watch a marathon
of Battle Star Galactica and be annoyed with the suns rays ruining your entire
show case. Well say no more as I can now set my blinds and shades to slose from
the seat of my couch. With my new motorized blinds and shades I am never having
to squint my eyes to watch TV. This has been the best purchase I have ever
made. Every day I found myself going to one window to the next, it was a huge
burden on my previous time. Enough was enough and it became time to automate my

motors. They quickly were able to install my motorized blinds and curtains
within just a few hours. I was able to pick the color and design and they did
the rest. They even showed my how to operate my remote control to open and
close my blinds.
What can I say I have Pimped my house to be fully automated
